The dry stone hanging method is also known as the empty hanging method. It is a new construction technology in the decoration of contemporary decorative materials. The method directly hangs the facing stone on the wall surface or hanging on the steel frame with a metal pendant, and does not need to be grouted and pasted. The principle is to set the main force point on the main structure, and fix the stone on the building through the metal hanging piece to form a stone decorative curtain wall.

(1) Structural deviation measurement

The deviation of the measured structure has very practical guiding significance for the repair of the structure, the layout of the secondary design and the processing of the sheet. The deviation measurement adopts the method of combining the theodolite measurement with the vertical and horizontal hanging lines, and the hanging wire adopts the thin steel wire; the measurement result records and draws the measured result in time, and submits the technical person in charge and the sampler to perform the secondary design.

(2) Secondary design of construction drawings

After receiving the complete design institute drawings, you should carefully read and understand the drawings, summarize the problems and exchange opinions with the owners, supervisors, design institutes, and quality inspection departments in time to determine the specific practices and clear the obstacles to the construction drawings. Carry out the second drawing design of the construction unit, and submit the construction site and the factory to process the order as soon as possible.

(3) pay line

The horizontal line of the exterior wall is based on the design axis. It is required that the outer wall surface of each wall of the large wall is not more than 1cm away from the design axis after removing the expansion mold wall or repairing the concave wall surface.

The specific principle of the line is: design the vertical line of each inner wall axis, set the upper and lower horizontal lines of the window with the design elevation +50cm line of each layer, pop the window and the word line of the well and pop the steel keel position line according to the secondary design drawing. Hang the vertical line under each large angle and give a large angle vertical control line. After the completion of the pay-off, the self-checking double-track is carried out, and the double-checking is carried out without any error, and the final inspection can be carried out after passing the test.

(4) Connector welding and keel installation

The connecting piece is made of three-sided welding of angle steel and structural embedded iron. In order to ensure the durability of the joint, a weld seam is added to the edge of the angle steel factory, which is actually four-sided welding. After the welding is completed, the coating is removed according to the regulations and the weld seam is inspected. After passing the test, the anti-rust paint is brushed three times. The fixing position of the connecting piece is determined according to the position of the connecting piece elastic line, and the method of horizontally following the line, center-to-line, spot welding, and correct welding is performed.

The false column, provocation and other parts are too large due to the structural filling of the hollow block surrounding wall or the stone face spacing from the structural surface. In order to meet the façade effect of the architectural design, a steel keel is required on the outside of the silicon structure. The steel keel is welded to the structural embedded parts through the angle steel connecting piece, and the welding requirements, inspection and anti-corrosion practices are the same as above. The connection between the secondary keel and the pendant is made of stainless steel bolts, and the secondary keel opens the long hole according to the position of the bolt, and cooperates with the tongue plate to realize the position adjustment. The location of the steel keel must meet the requirements of the hanging plate.

(5) Pendant installation

After the joint or sub-keel is welded, the stainless steel bolts are connected by stainless steel bolts. The position of the stainless steel pin, the position of the T-shaped stainless steel pendant is adjusted by the freedom of the bolt hole of the pendant. After the vertical surface of the plate is correct, the bolt is tightened. The tightening degree of the bolt is completely flattened by the stainless steel spring pad, and the next process can be carried out after the hidden inspection is passed. 

(6) veneer installation

According to the drawing method, the dry hanging plate is pinned with a pendant, and the bottom layer is supported by the bottom layer. In principle, the surface of the board is pressed by a large surface, and the corners of the large angle of the building and the angle of the pillar are the corners of the sea.  The slab is 12mm. When suspending the board, the seam width is adjusted according to the requirements of the secondary design drawing. First try to hang, and each board is leveled and then officially hanged. Before installing the T-shaped pendant, the structural glue should be poured into the tank. At the wide seam plate, the high-quality polymer is used between the stainless steel pendant and the upper stone that has been installed below.
