Product system

2. Grassroots processing 

1) The curing period of the cement layer should be about 20 days, dry and flat (two meters drop <2mm);

3) Before the construction, it is necessary to clear the surface of the mortar, floating ash and other attachments;

4) The cavity is removed, and the repaired cement surface should be treated with alkali removal;

3. Putty scrape 

1) Check if the yin and yang angles are defective and the lines meet the requirements.

2) Batch scraping flexible putty

Firstly mix the putty proportionally and evenly, then use the batch knife to scrape the putty on the base wall surface, and then quickly scrape it with a batch of knife; if the putty is too fast to dry, it can be adjusted to thinness to improve the construction. . When batching the surface layer putty, a new batch of knives must be used to avoid the flaws on the knife edge from affecting the smoothness of the batch.

3) Polishing

After the putty is scraped, after completely drying, the greasy layer can be polished. It must be polished with 320#-400# sand. The too thick sand will leave obvious sand marks or even damage the greasy layer. 

4. Finished product and line protection 

Protect all areas that require protection before applying the primer.

1) Objects of protection: All other finished products that are connected to the construction work surface, including doors, windows, door and window frames and glass; outdoor downpipes; other exterior wall decorations.

2) Protection purposes: to avoid pollution, while reducing the amount of cleaning work, to avoid cleaning up and cleaning up residues.

3) Protection method

Doors and Windows: Use plastic film, baffle, plastic cloth, etc., with double-sided tape on the surface to be protected.

Door and window frame: Covered with tape and plastic film.

Outdoor downpipe: wrapped in plastic film.

Other exterior wall decorations, such as marble, can be protected by plastic sheets. 

5. Brush the primer 

The primer should be evenly mixed before use. The roller coating should be suitable. The brush should be evenly distributed. There must be no leakage or sag. The negative angle is not easy to use. Brush the brush to prevent the hair from being caused by the different absorption of the real stone paint. The amount of the smooth primer is about 0.12 m2/KG. 

6. Real stone paint construction 

1) The primer must be dried before the real stone paint can be applied. When the real stone paint is sprayed, the muzzle must be vertical, and it should not be tilted at a large angle to avoid the hair from being caused by the different arrangement of the sand; the muzzle is about 1000px from the wall when spraying, and the distance is constant during the spraying process, otherwise it is too close. When the muzzle is directly aligned with the sand, the color is darker and the surrounding color is lighter; when it is too far, the sand floats on the wall, the adhesion is not enough, and the color will become lighter.

2) Spray as much as possible when spraying, the gun speed is the same, can't stop on the wall; when starting to spray, you can't face the wall. When the pistol is sprayed, you can't face the wall. Move the muzzle away. Turn off the spray gun to avoid hair loss

3) Each spraying surface should be completed as soon as possible. The construction must be carried out from top to bottom of the building. Each spraying is bounded by the intersection of the yin and yang angles or the downpipe. If there is no yin and yang angle or downpipe in a large area, try to have more people side by side. Finish, avoid contact on the big face. When spraying once in a cage, you can't finish it. When you need to stop, try to pause on the horizontal decorative line to avoid the horizontal joint when the next spraying. The amount of real stone paint is about 4-5KG/m2. 

7. Finished product protection 

When real stone lacquer is applied in two colors, it must be protected to avoid mutual pollution and flowering. The specific method is to spray a color after drying, and then use a plastic film to protect it from contact with another color, and then spray another color, and then remove the protective film after spraying. If a color is only a decorative line or an area is small, it can be applied without scratching, but care must be taken not to contaminate another color. After the completion of the construction of real stone paint, we must pay attention to the protection of the finished product, which can not be destroyed or contaminated, because the real stone paint is difficult to repair. Once the pollution and damage are repaired, a patch will be formed when repairing. If it is repaired, only the entire wall can be sprayed once, and the loss is very large. . 

8. Construction finish

After the real stone paint is completely dry for 24 hours, the varnish can be applied. When the varnish is applied, it must be rolled evenly and can not be sag. Try to reduce the joints and avoid excessive thickness and excessive gloss. flower.

9. Construction temperature 

Construction should be avoided under ambient conditions where the temperature is below 5 ° C and the relative humidity is above 85 ° C to avoid real stone paint.

Film formation is not good, causing flowering; it can't be constructed in windy weather, so that it is difficult to apply on the wall with the real stone paint, which causes a lot of waste, and it is difficult to spray evenly in the strong wind, and the real stone paint may dry too fast when the wind is strong. Cracking. 

10. Schedule of construction period

Due to the thick coating film and the long drying time of the real stone paint spraying, attention should be paid to the weather forecast. Make construction arrangements to avoid construction before rain and snow come.
